My cat often comes home with a tick or two in its neck. This one had grown a lot in size so it was easy to remove but closer inspection revealed something quite unique. There was another tick attached to the tick I took from my cat.

I’ve tried shooting some birds flying by to see if the 1D’s AF unit could keep up. About half the time it did, but some birds are just too quick (or I’m too slow).
